So you can run the 4k pack (makes even 1080p look better) because of the low intensity of use. The graphics packs do not affect performance, your GPU is barely used by the actual game due to being CPU bound. I highly recommend that you download the graphics packs from ( ) Open CEMU, click "Options" and set "GPU buffer cache acccuracy" to low. Go to (YourDrive)(YourCemuFolder\gameProfiles\00050000101c9400.ini (for USA), open it, and make sure these lines are there under "disableGPUFence = true" and "accurateShaderMul = min", without quotes.
